The video, shared by Instagram user @tradingleo.in, captures the groom in traditional attire, more engrossed in monitoring stock market fluctuations than participating in his wedding. The clip, filmed from behind, shows the groom's phone screen displaying real-time market updates, while the ceremony continues around him.
The post, which was uploaded just a few days ago, quickly garnered massive attention. It has received over 398,000 likes and 12 million views, sparking a flood of reactions from viewers. Many took to the comments section to joke about the groom’s dedication to his trading activities. One user humorously remarked, "Brother shaadi ka kharcha nikal raha hai," suggesting that the groom’s focus on trading might be helping him cover the wedding expenses. Another commenter noted, "Only real trader can understand," while a third joked, "That’s how he afforded the marriage and wedding."
Other users continued to add playful remarks, with one commenting, "Don’t lose the trade. Or marriage cancelled," and another saying, "If he lost the trade, he can’t even be happy on marriage day too."
This unusual wedding moment mirrors a similar incident earlier this year, where a co-founder of a startup was seen working during his own wedding.
