Een uitkering aanvragen of een scootmobiel bestellen: Utrechters regelen steeds meer van hun gemeentezaken online. Om die processen soepel te laten verlopen, zoekt het team Informatie- en Procesmanagement (IPM) van Werk en Inkomen een Record Manager. Binnen deze opdracht ondersteun je bij het realiseren van onze dienstverlening. Voorbeelden van projecten waar je je als Record Manager mee bezig houdt zijn schuldhulp voor bijzondere doelgroepen en een nieuw BOA registratie systeem.

Je taken zijn:
• Opzetten en onderhouden van een efficiënt documentbeheer en het vergroten van bewustwording bij collega’s;
• Vormgeven en beheren van het digitale archief voor applicaties;
• Uitvoeren en vormgeven van processen rond het correct vernietigen van informatie in welke vorm dan ook (digitaal en analoog);
• Adviseren over migreren van processen en informatie tussen verschillende systemen en afdelingen;
• Adviseren over wensen rondom, en gebruik van, record management functionaliteit in verschillende applicaties.

Jij hebt/bent:
• Minimaal HBO-werk- en denkniveau;
• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met projecten/opdrachten binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie met taken op het gebied van record management;
• Je behoudt makkelijk het overzicht van het geheel en hebt daarbij aandacht voor details;
• Resultaatgerichtheid is je tweede natuur;
• Initiatiefrijk, je begint uit jezelf;
• Overtuigingskracht, je spant je in om anderen te winnen voor een idee;
• Samenwerkingsgericht;
• Affiniteit met IT.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
